  1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accepting a quote or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern the supply of flooring goods and services by Revolution Flooring (“we”, “us”, “our”).

  1. Ownership & Payment
Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received. A 50% deposit is required before we order stock, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts may incur 5% monthly interest.

  1. Quotations & Variations
Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on provided information. Variations in site conditions may result in additional costs.

  1. Site Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for site access, power, and compliance with building standards. Unless agreed, we don’t move furniture or remove existing flooring. “Job not ready” fees may apply if the site is unprepared.

  1. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control. Risks transfer to the client upon delivery. Clients must ensure the site is safe and accessible. Additional fees may apply for subfloor rectification or unforeseen issues. We recommend flooring be installed after painting is complete.

  1. Product Variations & Warranties
Natural variation in materials (colour, shading) may occur. Manufacturer warranties apply; keep proof of purchase. Our services come with a workmanship warranty under applicable law

  1. Cancellations & Returns
Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once ordered. Standard items may be returned subject to approval and restocking fees. Cancellations before dispatch incur admin fees. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  1. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or re-performance of services as allowed by law.

  1. Post-Installation & Claims
Notify us within 7 days of any installation concerns. Follow manufacturer care instructions to maintain warranty.

  1. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle all data in line with Australian privacy laws.

  1. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if needed, mediation or arbitration.

  1. Legal & General
These Terms are governed by Queensland law. Any updates to these Terms will be provided in writing. Invalid clauses do not affect the rest of the agreement.
